To ensure the highest level of expertise and efficiency, Air2 San operates in three stages:
- First, the AIR2 SAN uses an electrostatic discharge to convert oxygen (O2) in the cabin air to ozone (O3), dispersing it uniformly and precisely. A filter prevents particles from reaching the ozone generator, enhancing safety and effectiveness. This not only extends the generator’s life but also prevents hazardous nitric acid formation during the O2 to O3 conversion.
- In the second stage, the AIR2 SAN microprocessor maintains the optimal ozone level and duration in the passenger compartment to eliminate bacteria, viruses, mildew, and fungi per medical standards. This automated process relies on sensor data, eliminating the risk of human error.
- TEXA’s third phase in the sanitation process uses a catalyst to convert residual ozone back into oxygen, unlike many other solutions. This ensures minimal residual ozone, protecting both the vehicle’s driver and the operator, who is nearby when the vehicle is opened after sanitization.
